Location: San Jose, CA (Silicon Valley)
TITLE: Branch Account Manager
DIVISION: Branch Marketing
SALARY RANGE: TBD
A. Job Summary
The Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and retaining existing marketing contacts/accounts and performing marketing/sales presentations in the territory designated by the Director of Marketing/Branch Manager. Daily traveling via company vehicle to visit local customers and events is required. Traveling out of state for, but not limited to, catastrophe work, convention promotions, business meetings, etc. while promoting Restoration Management Company is required. The individual will report to the Director of Marketing.
B. Key Responsibilities
• Core responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
• Assisting in executing comprehensive marketing plans and programs to support sales
and revenue objectives of branch/organization.
• Assisting in overseeing of advertising and promotional activities including print, online,
electronic media, promotional material and direct mail.
• Ensuring effective control of marketing results, retention of customer base and takes
initiative to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives.
• Evaluating marketing research and makes suggestions to adjust marketing strategy to
meet changing and competitive marketing conditions.
• Establishing and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key community and
strategic partners.
• Performing presentations to small and large audiences that are current and potential
clients to promote our services.
• Responsible for maintaining current relationships with existing clients.
• Helps establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout promotional material
and events.
• Updates Director of Marketing/Branch Manager on marketing status of your territory.
C. Experience / Requirements
• The position of Account Manager requires the following:
• Minimum of 1 year in Marketing and Sales in industry related field, real estate or property
management.
• Proven track record in securing/solidifying new accounts as well as maintaining existing
accounts.
• Working knowledge in PowerPoint, ACT, Word, ACT and MS Outlook.
• Strong group presentation skills; speaks clearly and persuasively in positive and/or
challenging situations.
• Excellent writing skills for correspondence, memorandums and promotional materials.
• Willingness to be available after hours as needed.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to excel in a self-managed and team environment.
• Occasional travel required in and out of California.
